General Information

• Please check in anytime after 4pm and checkout by Noon.
• All rooms include the use of Sports Core Health and Racquet Club.
• All room rates are subject to 5% state sales and 5% village occupancy taxes.
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Children 16 and under stay free with a parent or guardian.
• Rates are based on double occupancy. A $15 per person fee will apply for a third and fourth adult per night.
• Due to the discount pricing applied to packages, no substitutions or changes will be allowed after check in at either hotel.
• The Carriage House accommodations of The American Club and Kohler Waters Spa are an adult environment. Guests must be 16 years of age or older.
• The American Club and Inn on Woodlake guest rooms are smoke-free.  
• Neither The American Club nor Inn on Woodlake allow pets.  

Dining, Golf and Spa Reservations

We strongly encourage advance reservations for dining, golf and spa activities when you reserve your room. There is a Spa access fee for the general public, guests of The American Club and guests of Inn on Woodlake. The Spa access fee is waived for guests staying in guest rooms at the Carriage House of The American Club and guests who purchase two or more spa services.

Guarantee Policies and Cancellation Fees

May 1 - October 31
All room reservations will be subject to a one-night deposit, plus tax, to be charged at the time of booking. This deposit may be charged to a major credit card or may be made through an advance cash deposit equal to one night's stay (room rate plus applicable tax). Advance cash deposits must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. Any reservation canceled within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.

November 1 - April 30
All room reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or advance deposit equal to a one-night stay ( room plus applicable tax. )  Notice of cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to the arrival date or the full cost of one night will be charged.
