2010 Golf Course Booking Policies

Blackwolf Run*

• The Original Championship Course at Blackwolf Run: Golf reservations are accepted at any time for the 2010 golf season with a one night hotel stay June 7-June 30, July 7-August 31, and September 8-September 27.  Non-hotel guest golf reservations for these dates can be reserved a maximum of 30 days in advance. All other dates, a hotel stay is not required.

*The Blackwolf Run Original Championship Course, which will host the 2012 U. S. Women’s Open, will be available for play throughout the 2010 golf season. These 18 holes were closed during the 2009 season, undergoing a major maintenance project.  The maintenance project will continue in 2010 on the remaining 18 holes at Blackwolf Run.

Whistling Straits

• Irish Course: Golf reservations are accepted at any time by hotel and non-hotel guests for the 2010 golf season.
• Straits Course: Golf reservations are accepted at any time for the 2010 golf season with a one night hotel stay June 7-June 30, July 7-August 31, and September 8-September 27. Non-hotel guest golf reservations for these dates can be reserved a maximum of 14 days in advance.  All other dates, a hotel stay is not required.

All tee times must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel guests will be required to make a deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax when making a reservation. Non-hotel guests will not be required to make a deposit. All hotel and golf cancellations or reductions must be received seven days in advance to avoid penalties. All rates are per person plus tax when appropriate.

Special Consideration

Golf reservations may be placed anytime in advance with confirmed hotel reservation at either The American Club® or Inn on Woodlake. Cancellation of hotel reservations will automatically cancel your golf reservations. Notice of cancellation or reduction in players must be received 72 hours in advance of scheduled tee times or are subject to charge.

Twilight Play

Twilight rates are available four hours prior to National Weather Service official sunset.

Nine hole twilight rates are available two and one-half hours prior to National Weather Service official sunset. 

Replay

Replay walk-on availability only after completion of one 18-hole round on same day.

Golf Club Rentals

Taylor-Made and Titleist clubs with steel or graphite shafts are available upon request. Rates include an $85 credit towards purchase of Taylor-Made and Titleist irons or woods. Two sleeves of balls are included with all rentals.

Services

Include lockers, loaner shoes, shoe service, club storage and club handling.

Rain Check Policy

During inclement weather conditions, cancellations will be accepted until the time of play. Rainy weather itself may not dictate the closing of the course. Rain checks will be issued for holes not completed due to inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued.

Rules of Play

Appropriate golf attire shall be worn at all times on the golf course and practice area. Appropriate golf attire includes a collared shirt and no jeans.

Play of more than four golfers per group will not be permitted. Management reserves the right to fill foursome starting times.

Personal carry-on coolers are prohibited. All refreshments must be purchased on property.

Metal spikes are not permitted.

Kohler golf courses are located within an hour's drive of Milwaukee and Green Bay and two and one-half hours north of Chicago.
